These guys are great…..pricing is somewhat higher on average…but great outcome and well worth their higher price points. These guys talk a good game with relatively "high pricing" but they back every word of it up. My wife and I are both attorneys and we gave them some unified pressure on our multiple bathroom renovation project but they hung in there and completed the job. A few head bumps here and there but nothing huge and by far nothing compared to previous contractors. Class act when it comes to customer communication and workability. Use them!

Second, would be their aim to please – not just in it for the money…they take on a genuine concern for the project. Third, would be their experience and knowledge – I think one of the partners or management personnel either does or has done real estate investing before and has a great sense of knowledge about the necessities on projects for success and good coordinating market knowledge…This overlap is not something that you find in your everyday contractor. I had to mention from time to time about site cleanliness but other than that not bad at all. I have used them on a few different projects now primarily my larger ones.
